Glycomet Sr850 Side Effects

I am taking glycomet St 850 for the past 3months now my sugar levels are under control are there any side effects of this tab .I am feeling physical my little weak have constipation and less active what is the reason pls let me know if I should still continue the same dosage.

What are you current sugar levels?

Those symptoms can sometimes be due to them being too low. However, there is also a chance that your body just needs time to adjust to lower sugar levels.

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, stomach pain and hypoglycemia.
