Hello, Sudhir! How are you?

From what I've found there is no difference, they both contain the same amounts of Metformin and Glimepiride.

The U.S. FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, stomach pain and hypoglycemia.

Is there anything else I can help with?
