The FDA classifies GlycoX as a supplement, which means that it's not actually been proven to do anything.
Did your doctor instruct you to take this? Did they make any treatment recommendations?
It has been found that PCOS can improve by improving someone's insulin resistance, but usually prescription antidiabetic medications are prescribed, as listed by the NIH.
