Glucosamine With Chondroitin

Glucosamine + Chondroitin is a joint supplement to promote healthy joints during exercise or daily activities in general. It is also used in the treatment of arthritis.
Many health food stores and grocery stores carry this joint supplement combination. I cannot say whether or not it will help with back pain..... based on my personal experience with this, it doesn't seem as effective as one would think; but I would imagine one would have to be taking it for a while to notice some effects as compared to the immediate effects of pain medication.
