Glucosamine Side Effects

Started getting insomnia about the same time I started taking glucosamine. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Hello, Bell! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're having.

No, that would be very unusual. It is most commonly known to cause drowsiness, but even then only in a very small percentage of people. The other side effects to this supplement, as listed by the FDA may possibly include nausea, heartburn and diarrhea.

Has anything else changed, recently? Any new medications? More caffeine?
