im having glizid 60 MR last two years, my fasting levels were around 120 and random 210, recently got my cataract operation hence reduced physical activity, in last six days reading is, fasting approx 160-180 and random 250-270,
request advice should i break the dosage of 60mg by taking 30 mg tabs with morning and evening meals or increase to 60mg morning and 30 mg evening.

You should take the dosage prescribed, unless your doctor instructs you to change it.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, diarrhea, and hypoglycemia.
Are you on any other medications? Do you keep your diet as low in fats and sugars as possible?
