The FDA lists this is being a medication from Mexico that contains Chlorpheniramine and Dexamethasone, so it combines an antihistamine and a steroid.

It is not available in the U.S., so I don't have a price estimation to quote for you.

The typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, acne, fluid retention, headache, weight gain and dry mouth.
