Getting Off Perks

I'm taking perks for my back but been taking them sense Nov 9th 2016 and now my body is starting to itch nothing stops it but the perks I don't take them everyday cause I know the out come but can someone tell me beside not taking them how to clean the med out my system period please

It will really just take time, once you stop them entirely. Itching can be a withdrawal effect, as listed by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, chills and rebound pain.

Does anyone else have any suggestions that might help?
