Yes, I believe this is a generic form of oxycontin 40mg. It is a strong schedule 2 narcotic that is highly addictive. It is used for severe pain. Side effects include constipation, euphoria, marked drowsiness, dizzines.

Yes, this one is Oxy Extended Release, the company has both a generic for Oxycontin and MS Contin, Oxys are ABG 20, 40, 60 and 80, Morphs are ABG 10, 30, 50, and those pasts 80.
