Hello, Ann! How are you?
I've never taken it myself, since I've only dealt with oral cold sores, but I haven't read many complaints about it on here, or other medical information sites.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
I take Acyclovir, since it's the one approved to prevent cold sores and I have taken the one from Sandoz, I found it to work fine for me.
Can anyone that's taken this one chime in with their experience?
