Generic Switch

my pharmacy changed my Tramadol from Zydus To Mylan ( been on Zydus brand for years)...should I be concerned & IF anyone on Mylan brand can ya put some input on how it works for you,thank you

You know, I am just going through the same switch and am also looking for info. I don't know what it is but the Mylan does not seem to be effective for me? Taking the same dose as before and I fell no effects, no relief.. Its weird. I have been on Tramadol less than a year and this is my first switch. I am kind of at a loss. Have you noticed any difference?

Hi Kyle..I have not tried yet have some Zydus left from last month.... Pharmacy said they will have Zydus in today ..when I called 3 days ago & asked if I can switch back & if other Walgreens has it she said pharmacist has to talk with other pharmacist, well after work I called other Walgreens they never heard from the other Walgreens ....so they didn't even call (it was a gal said she would tell pharmacist for me) ...Now this other Walgreens says we have not been carrying Zydus been hard & may be the Mylans all they can get & of course he says "I have heard no complaints on the Mylans" ....I been on Tramadol since 2008 same brand so concerned as you are..now a gal in support group said they work better for her ( but as you know t works different for all )......I worry for if Mylans will help pain yes IF it will help but also the energy & better mood cuz tramadol also contains 2 brain Serotonin and norepinephrine ...these are things we cant take chances & changes with...keep in touch Kyle I will too & update...explain changes you have on Mylans (pain, mood, energy), etc.. & your prior brand ty.
