Yes, if you were taking 10/325 non generics then the 10/325 generics are just as strong. Generally generics just use different non-active ingredients, and don't have the brand name.

In response to what Kitty mentioned about generics and non generics being just as strong, this may be true when you compare 10/325 to 10/325, but in my experience certain inactive ingredients can hinder the bioavailability of the very active ingredients they are mixed with (i.e. not getting properly metabolized). This could theoretically result in one of the 10/325 tablets (usually tends to be the generic version) feeling more like a 7.5/325 or even a 5/325; which is what many patients have come on here complaining about in other related discussion threads. My belief is that drug manufacturers are using cheaper binders and fillers in their generic meds; hence why they are typically much cheaper in cost, even though they may have the same listed dosage as their brand name counterpart.

The other side of the stick is that every person tends to react differently, so it may just be that you have to go by trial and error in order to find out what works best for YOU and not someone else.
