Did you mean to say IP 109? If so, the pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (325 mg - 5 mg).

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.

The yellow pill marked V 36 01 is Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg).
