This is a yellow, oval, and on the scored side says 36 / 01. the unscored side has a symbol kind of like an upside down V .

That's actually a V on the other side, it's the logo for Vintage/Qualitest pharmaceuticals and yes, this tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Norco, Lortab, Vicodin and others.

This medication has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
