Gemcal is a nutritional supplement it contains: Calcitriol .25 mcg, Calcium Carbonate 500 mg and zinc 7.5 mg.

Whether or not you need to take it regularly can only be decided by you and your doctor, if you do not normally get enough of these nutrients in your diet, then it can be very beneficial.
