Gastric Issue And Use Of Pantosec D

I am 36 i had gastric problem the past 8 months. Am taking pantosec d continuesly Whenever the gastric issue i had. Please suggest me how to cure the issue and does the pantosec d had any side effects if incase pls guide.

As to solving the issue, what type of foods do you eat and what do you drink? Your diet can affect your acidity levels a lot.
