sir my mother has a diabities for last 5 years she is talking a medicine (dianorn m) for for few days her sugar will not in control i'll consult to the doctor they will give a medicine galvas met 50mg/500mg ....but this tablet will be very costally what will i do...

Ask the doctor for a similar tablet that would cost less. Some NGOs also have diabetics care program's where they distribute medicines free of cost or at a subsidy. Most state governments have a senior citizen program and some pharmacies also give 10 % discount to senior citizens.
