Gablofen contains the active ingredient Baclofen, which is used to treat muscle spasticity.

Has anyone discussed the pain issue with her doctor?

It is possible that, when she is being given the shot, a bolus of the medication is remaining. This can occur is a shot is given to rapidly, because it prevents the medication from dispersing.

There are several possible solutions, one of which would be the persons lowing down, when giving the shots, so the medication has a chance to disperse.

The other would be someone's massaging the area, gently, but with a little firm pressure, to help force the medication to disperse. The same can be done with inoculations, such a flu shots, that often are given too fast and leave a bolus of the substance under the skin.

Mild heat can also help it disperse, such as a warm wash cloth, or warm bath. Though strong heat should be avoided, because it may cause it to disperse into her body too fast.
