Does gabapentin with an imprint of ip 101 strengthen the effect of other medications, specifically certain pain medications?

No, it does not. Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant that can help with certain types of nerve pain, and some mood disorders. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes.

However, it may cause bad interactions with some pain medications.
