Gabapentin 4 Percent Cream

It's a prescription from my gyn dr.. my insurance doesn't cover this drug since it is a compounded medication and experimental cream. for my condition I would like to get cost effective pricing. I am paying 40.00 dollars. can this medication be sent to me by mail.
