Fybromyaglia

I have lived with back pain for 8 years now since a car accident and have been told i have fybromyaglia. What is the best thing i can do for it??

There is really no definitive answer to this question, some treatments work for some people and not for others, so it is really a matter of seeing your doctor and trying what they recommend until you discover what works for you.

I am sure there are some people on here with experience who may have some suggestions to help, though, hopefully they will post!
