Function Of Udiliv 300

i have fatty liver withon seven month & mu liver capicity is very weak doctor adviced me taken udiliv 300 twice daily. please suggest me

-Age 69 Male
-GallBladder removed approx. 10 years ago.
-Liver fatty grade 2.
-Left Kidney having midpole cyst.
-Prostrate getting enlarged, and some part is in urinary bladder, also its wall is thickening. Presently no problems for passing urine and it is normal.
-PSA 3.9
