From Laxatives To Lopedium

I used simulating laxatives and they worked but then due to diarrea i took lopedium as well, now either my tummy or stomach still hurt and i feel like throwing up whatever i eat, how to get back to normal? The amount i took was only 2 capsules each so overdose is not my case.
