Frequent Bowel Movements!

I'm a 24 year old male, not under any medication. The problem started after the day before yesterday's lunch. I've been having more frequent bowel movements low in consistency and is usually after every meal. I was running high temperature the same evening, that returned to normal after a good night's sleep. The only pill I popped in was a crocin before I went to bed that night. I havent consulted a doc yet. My normal bowel movement should be a 1 a day. Is there a tablet I can take? Pls make sure the tablet you recommend is available out here in Bangalore, India. Appreciate your help! Note: I have just 1 day's break before I get back to work :)

If it started after that lunch and the fever only lasted a short time, it might be a mild case of food poisoning. If that's what it is, it will really just have to run its course and should clear up in a few more days.

But you should consult your doctor to be certain.
