Im tired for no reason even though i get plenty of sleep eat healthy and no fast food. Ive had this problem for as long as i can remember.

Hello, Sleepy! How are you feeling? Sorry about the fatigue issue that you've been having.

What medication were you asking about? You forgot to mention it and you didn't post this in any particular drug forum.

As to feeling tired all the time, I know you said you get plenty of sleep, but my question is, do you keep a regular schedule?

Most people do better with a regular schedule and will always feel fatigued, if they don't keep one. It frequently happens to people that have to work different shifts on rotation, they have actually named the condition Shift Work Sleep Disorder and recognize it medically, because it causes problems for so many people.

There are few people that can handle a constantly changing schedule. So, you could very well be getting 8 or more hours of sleep each night, but if its 2am to 10am one day and them 4am to noon the next, you're body cycles can still be thrown off and you may end up feeling awful.
