Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there any free amphetamine coupons out there for grabs.

Most prescription drug discount cards that I know of (such as this one - Rx Savings Card), can save you anywhere from 15-75% off the total cost of your Rx... but nothing entirely free.

Patient assistance programs on the other hand, may pay for more of your medications up front if your income qualifies you for the assistance. Just talk with your doctor and see what he can do for you in that regard. There should be several types of programs available for those who truly need it.
