I can't be 100% sure, since it's an over the counter product and I can't find an image of the pill or imprint, but these are believed to be a product for back pain, that is commonly found in first aid kits.

If that's what these are, then each tablet contains 290mgs of Magnesium Salicylate, 250mgs of Acetaminophen and 50mgs of Caffeine.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

Backprin is the name and these are held by the company HART Health. This is used to help relieve back pain. This also has same ingredients as Excedrin.
