Finding information on this was rather difficult, but from what I have found, it seems this contains 5mgs of immediate release Oxycodone, the active ingredient in OxyIR and it is manufactured by Purdue Pharma.

This is a narcotic analgesic and can cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.

I have tablets on prescription identical to these for ADHD. It would be 5mg of dexamphetamine. As bad as it sounds, it is a rather safe drug, although illicit without authorisation, and does not give a 'high' like most illicit drugs. Most teens tend to use them to stay awake or keep alert while studying, needing to stay up late, etc. And is usually taken in a dose of 4 or more tablets to have little, if any, effect as it is such a low strength of the drug.

Dextroamphetamikne (Dexedrine, Adderall, Dextrosat) ONLY does not make a KID or an ADULT feel high if he has genuine ADHD — based on my years of psychiatric practice with a bit of Valid and Reliable research.. And, uh, I can't prescribe ANYTHING for a kid that age, the exception being birth control and pills as well as other birth control and morning after pills (but I don't do that except as a volunteer at an LGBTQ clinic in NYC) without permission from his parent(s). Instead of worrying about what they are, confront with the kid, take him to a MD psychiatrist for a "work-up" and find out WHERE (and from WHOM) he obtained them and WHY.

Those are 5 milligram Oxycodone with no Tylenol. He can't get any benefit from abusing them. Talk to him mom.

Yes he can get benefit. It's called getting high. That is an opiod. It's addictive and how most Addicts start in their addictions. Really??

Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Is what I see with a couple other options. I don’t think it’s any controlled substance. Pramipexole Dihydrochloride 1 mg Is basically the same thing I found. Maybe ask his mom. There’s a small chance he gets these prescribed for depression and doesn’t want to talk about it. I have no indication that it’s Oxycodone or a controlled substance. Could be an anti restless leg medication, or more severely, a Dopaminergic antiparkinsonism agent, which again could be a depression med used to treat Parkinsons. Drug: Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Which is used for restless leg syndrome. Restless leg syndrome is a limb movement disorder causes uncomfortable sensations in the legs. These sensations typically are worse during periods of rest, especially just before sleeping at night, but they may happen during daytime periods of inactivity, such as watching a movie, You can get quinine over the counter in most Pharmacies. It could help if that’s his problem. Other brands: Mirapex, Mirapex ER. Periodic limb movement.
Pramipexole is used to treat symptoms of Parkinson's disease (stiffness, tremors, muscle spasms, and poor muscle control). Pramipexole is also used to treat restless legs syndrome (RLS). These 2 symptoms/ diseases aren’t related to one another. Just because you have one doesn’t mean you have the other
