Hi Alika,
Based on your description, the drug manufacturer sounds like it could potentially be Teva Pharmaceuticals who makes a variety of white oblong pills with the word TEVA (ending in VA) etched across one side, followed by a set of numbers. However, I have yet to come across any tablets in particular that strike me as being a clear possibility.
One thought though would be to contact Teva's customer service department directly at 888-838-2872 (or via email: [email protected]) to see if they can determine whether the partial imprint correlates with something they make...
