The marking on this tablet is actually LL B01, you're not the first person to have misread it.

It is manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Lisinopril and 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide.

The FDA lists this medication as being most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, stomach pain, hypotension and dehydration.
