What kind of pill is this? v 4206 and is a small red capsule.

This contains Meperidine 50mgs and Promethazine 25mgs, it is a generic for Mepergan.

This is a pain reliever coupled with an anti-emetic, to help prevent the nausea or vomiting that may result from taking it.

Meperidine is an opiate analgesic, so nausea is the most common sife effect along with dry mouth, constipation and drowsiness.
