Fortzaar Dosage

Hi, I used to take 100 daily but felt that it was not giving me enough coverage so I started taking 50 in the morning and 100 at night. It was working very well as pressure is well controlled and I have no side effects. I have been on tgis dosage for over 3 years. Is this a dangerous dose as I was told that over 100 per day is not advisable. I'm just worried that if I go back to the 100 per day, my pressure will go up again

Is your doctor not working with you on this?

And exactly what medication are you taking?

Fortzaar actually contains 2 ingredients, but you've only listed one dosage, which would be for the Losartan that's in it.

However, I can't answer your question, without also knowing the dosage of the Hydrochlorothiazide that is in it.
