Hello, Deepu! How are you? Congratulations on your son! :-)
The changes to your hair and skin are normal for having given birth just a few months ago. Its because you build up so much of the hormone progesterone, while you're pregnant, then it suddenly drops off, when you go into labor.
In a few more months, as your body recovers and your hormones rebalance, things will start to go back to normal.
The vitamin E is good for your skin and it may help a little there, but it won't do anything for the hair loss. As I said, that's purely hormonal related and you'll just need to give it some time to settle down.
