Hi rashmi,

Based on my research, all three of those products are considered to be safe for and during one's pregnancy.

Apparently, taking Folic Acid as well as Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B-12) before and during pregnancy can help prevent birth defects. Those two nutrients seem to work as a team in this regard.

DHA (fish oil) is also considered to be an essential nutrient for women, but even more so during pregnancy. Its positive effects help promote healthy cognitive function and motor development.
