Did you mean to say Folate?

Folate naturally occurs in food whilst Folic Acid is the synthetic form of this vitamin.

I don't believe there are side effects when you eat foods naturally containing Folate. I would urge you to check out the link below regarding information on the synthetic version of Folate, (Folic Acid)...
