I lost my baby due to foetal distrees,so I want to know what might be cause and how to prevent it

Hello, Nkomi! How are you? I am so sorry about your loss.

It's difficult to say what caused it, it could have been due to a lack of blood flow, a congenital defect or quite a few other possibilities. There is also no guaranteed way to prevent it, other than making sure that you keep all doctors appointments throughout your pregnancy.

What has your doctor advised you to do?

Do you take any medications regularly? Did you take any while pregnant?
