Flunarin 5mg Tablet For 11 Month Old Baby

Is it harmful to give flunarin 5mg (half tab) to my 11 month old baby? The Dr prescribed it for neck tilting.

Neck tilting might be due to epileptic seizures, and if that is so, the medication should be given as prescribed by the doctor.
