From what I was able to gather Fluimucil (active ingredient Acetylcysteine) is not marketed in the US. It is known to be marketed in other countries such as:
-Brazil
-Indonesia
-Italy
-Luxembourg
-Singapore
-Spain
-Switzerland
-Taiwan
Acetylcysteine is a pharmaceutical drug used mainly as a mucolytic agent and in the management of paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose.
