can i stop pantaprazole for a couple of days in order to take fluconazole?

DOGGY . WE ARE TALKING ABOUT PANTOPRAZOLE FOR REFLUX RIGHT? YOU CAN STOP IT NOW AND GO AHEAD AND START THE FLUCONAZOLE, . WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED WITH IT JUST RESUME TH PANTOPRAZOLE, PANTOPRAZOLE MAY DECREASE THE ABSORBTION OF OTHER MEDS . HOPE THIS HELPS

I wish it was that simple.. one needs to know how long the Pantaprazole remains in the body and how long to leave it off before starting it again- thank you for your interest but I was hoping to hear from a pharmacist type person.

HI DOGGY, IN THAT CASE YOU CAN STOP THE PANTOPRAZOLE JUST BE AWARE YOUR REFLUX MAY GIVE YOU TROUBLE, I CANT MISS EVEN 1 DOSE WITHOUT HAVING GI UPSET. THE INDIGESTION IS AWFUL. HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT DAY!

Well what i have understood is that the Pantaprazole can decrease the effects of Fluconazole and it might not work
