I am not aware of anything that interferes with Fluconazole, which is most commonly used to treat, or prevent fungal infections.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, vaginal discharge, and flatulence. There is no specific time of day it needs to be taken.
