Dad taking flucillin for a cyst on the back of he's neck however this is very red and angry looking how long should it take to clear

I'm have t2 diabetics and also take satins ( Cerstor ). I now have an infection in my foot and taking 4000Mg of flucillin/day, also 1500 MgFucidin/Day. is there any problem in taking these drugs with Satins.
