I ahve been prescribed the flexilor 8 tablet for my knee pain.Kindly clarify whether this gives releif and its composition

I have an injury to the ACL of my left knee. I am currently taking ACEPROXVYN. I understand FLEXILOR P 4/8 is administered for Knee Pain. Can I take FLEXILOR P4 or P8 instead of ACEPROXVYN? I am also taking ECOSPRIN 150 and INDEROL 40 mg (1/2 thrice a day). Would there be any adverse / side effects, if I take FLEXILOR? Please advise.
