First Trimester How To Get Miscarriage

Im possibly pregnant 1-2 months.
I had a period (first dry unfresh blood then a normal period for 7 days)
I took cortal and cobra a few times then cotrimaxzole and coca cola few times and cortal with boiled cola twice . ( i was already one month pregnant or less and i took those on different days)
then now im drinking Panyawan/Makabuhay only half a glass twice.
im 13 days delayed , what do i do?
If i keep the fetus and let it grow into a baby, It will have alot of birth defects especially down syndrome for sure when its born :(
And i have goiter problems which will enlarge with alot of stress (my friend got pregnant and her goiter is very visible after she got pregnant)
i have shortened breathing that happens alot ever since i was a child. so theres a big chance ill die from lack of oxygen if i give birth.

I am under 18

Anyone help me how to get a miscarriage ?
Who can help me find misoprostol or mifeprostone?

Or is there any other way?
