Fiorinal with Codeine contains the following active ingredients: Butalbital + Aspirin + Caffeine + Codeine Phosphate

These types of medications are usually available in other countries like Mexico; although they are often given different brand names that can be rather difficult to find for those who don't understand Spanish.

It seems to me like an easier option would be to just get it in the US with a doctor's prescription, then take it with you if you happen to be traveling abroad. The prescription should speak for itself if you are concerned about customs.
