I've never actually heard of the term "throat hoaseing", and oddly enough I'm not finding anything on search engines relating to it either; nor anything about a "fine heal tablet". Did your doctor not explain to you what that might entail upon notifying you of the procedure?
Under normal circumstances most information on medications or procedures can be found with a simple google search, however neither of the things you mentioned are showing any results when I go to look them up.
Personally, I wouldn't go through with it until I was able to sit down with my doctor and go over everything in detail about why he/she is recommending it be done in the first place. It's also important to understand that only the doctor would truly know why since that was his/her decision based on their medical diagnostics/evaluation of your condition (whatever it may be that's throat related).
