Hello, Donna! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.
If your doctor has written the prescription for you as 'brand medically necessary' or whatever the equivalent is in your state, your pharmacy should be able to order it in for you.
The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Have you tried asking your pharmacist?
