Finding New Doc That Gives Methadone Near Burleson Area In Fort Worth Texas

trying to find a doc that gives methadone near Burleson area in Fort Worth. Been on it for about 5 yrs. Need to find one asap..If anyone knows of one ..Please help me.ty

Any doctor can prescribe Methadone for pain management, but if you are taking it to treat drug addiction, then you'll need someone who is specially trained to do so and that has to be in a clinical setting.

If you are just looking for a pain management physician or general practitioner, then the best thing you can do is to set up an appointment for a consultation and make sure that they receive a full copy of your medical records. Asking them if they will prescribed it ahead of time, such as when you call to set up an appointment, is usually considered drug seeking behavior.
