Find Doctor To Prescribe Fentanyl 25 Pain Patch

I am recovering from necrotizing pancreatitis with a large pseudo-cyst. The cyst is rather large and is putting considerable pressure on internal organs, but the doctor wants to take a slow approach at draining. As part of pain management upon leaving the hospital, I was prescribed 50 mcg/hr pain patch. Unfortunately he will not refill the prescription.

I'm curious if there is a doctor who will prescribe at least 25 mcg/hr patch.
