I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. You also can't ask a doctor for a specific medication, because they will view that as drug seeking behavior.

If you require one or more of these narcotics on a long-term ongoing basis for the treatment of chronic pain, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. Do you currently have a PCP that could refer you to someone? That would most likely be the easiest way of getting the help you need.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

Erin Silav I'm Rockwall Tx does. She does because it's cheaper for self pay pts.

My doctor just up and retired. He didn't even tell his girls that work for him. He had me on 10 mg methadone tabs 8 times a day. I've got all my records but can't seem to find a pain doc to prescribe. Please if anyone knows of a Doc that prescribes methadone in Dallas or surrounding cities please let me know. {edited for privacy}
