Fill Dilaudid In Bradenton.fl

I live in bradenton and have a tampa script I can not get my med filled I have my script for 3weeks now and need my med badly .. the doctors should write a med were we can get filled this is just getting out of control l .... go to the doctor pay good money to see him to get our med and still in pain cuz we can't fill our med this is not right or fair for ppl in pain what can we do about this problem

Hello, Connie! How are you? I"m very sorry that you can't find your medication.

The main issue is that we are now into the time of year when shortages of controlled substances usually occur. There are mandatory manufacturing limits for all controlled substances and, once a manufacturer reaches their allotted limit for the year, they cannot manufacturer any new product, until after the new year.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

However, your doctor has no way of knowing what is or isn't in stock. They are not informed of shortages, nor are they told what any given pharmacy has in stock.

The only suggestion I can make is that you ask your pharmacist what they do have in stock and then speak to your doctor about prescribing that, in the meantime.

Does anyone else have any suggestions or advice to add?

I don't actually do not believe their is a shortage of medications I still believe that the Pharmacies are still playing God with our lives. I posted something earlier regarding having my scripts filled by a legitimate pharmacy who is not going to attach a few hundred of dollars to your bill for what their time? I am so sorry you are having the same problem. I originally bought my prescriptions from Walgreens then 3 years ago they told me that "they don't feel comfortable filling these". And yes I asked for the management and guess what the women that told me that was the same one that she didn't feel comfortable. Yes lucky me and contacting the company did nothing for me. They didn't even respond to my questions.
